Oldwebsites.com operates a customized website development and website sales program. This program was not
designed to meet the needs of everyone, the Oldwebsites.com program is focused on custom development of websites with a
3 to 5 year time sale horizon. Oldwebsites.com is geared towards sellers who are interested in developing and generating
more traffic for their existing website before selling.
The procedure begins with a company and/or individual signing up as a client interested in selling their website or domain.
Upon signing up as a client, the domain name is presented to Oldwebsites.com. The website is then transferred to the
Oldwebsites.com server. The ownership of the domain name will remain in the client’s possession. Oldwebsites.com will
conduct all administrative and technical tasks associated with the website. Oldwebsites.com will provide website hosting,
website development and will initiate a program to develop traffic.
The client establishes the price at which they wish to sell their website. Once the sale of a domain name has taken place,
one-half of the sale price will be the commission taken by Oldwebsites.com. If a client decides to remove their domain name
from Oldwebsites.com before a sale of the domain name has taken place, Oldwebsites.com is entitled to one half of the
established sale price set forth by the client upon registering the domain name with OldWebsites.com. If at any time
Oldwebsites.com decides to acquire the domain name, Oldwebsites.com will pay the client one-half of the established
sale price.
Any revenue earned during the development of the domain will be equally shared between
Oldwebsites.com and the client. Payments will be made on or before the 20th of the following month, when the total
revenue due to a client exceeds $100.00 dollars. OldWebsites.com will send the client payment in the amount of the
earned revenue less any taxes required to be withheld under applicable law.
